A Picnic, dogs, and The Most Beautiful Day in SF

{headed downtown to check out Zara real quick (of course)}

{stopped to pick our favorite burritos from Taco Bar on Fillmore}

{wearing: Gap trench coat (new version), sweater, and scarf, Blank NYC denim, Nike Cortez sneakers, and Tory Burch Robinson satchel (middy version)}

{ate lunch and watched all the dogs at Lafayette park}

{met up with family and their yorkie Ozzy}

{it was the most beautiful day in the city on Sunday. Warm and not too breezy}

{this might be my favorite picture of all time}

{this park is completely re-done and they did a phenomenal job!}

{we met Pelé a Portuguese Water dog}

{stopped by Bi Rite to pick up some things for dinner at our friends house in Twin Peaks}

{we act like high schoolers when we’re together. we laugh so loud and at everything. she’s my person}

{Ozzy looking super dapper}

{this is Dixie, a very cute Silky Terrier}

On Sunday we had plans to meet my family (who were in town from Oregon) and head to our friends house for dinner and a little dog meet-up. Since the weather was so nice, Mike and I decided to make our way up to the city earlier to make a day out of it. We started off downtown at Zara. We then made our way to our old neighborhood and picked up Taco Bar before heading to Lafayette Park. This park was under construction just before we moved, so to see it’s transformation was so exciting. They really did an incredible job! You know the weather is amazing when you get to eat lunch in the sun without freezing your butt off. We could not have asked for a better day. We ended the night at our friends house in Twin Peaks with their two dogs and take-out Thai food from Marni (a local favorite).

It felt great to be back in the city I love so much (especially on such a warm day and with everyone out of town for the holidays) and to see Lola take it all in for her first time.
