Everlane’s Oversized Double Breasted Blazer Review + New Arrivals

Everlane Oversized double breasted blazer

Whether it’s a sweater, jeans, tee, shoes, or a handbag, I feel like I’m wearing a piece from Everlane everyday these days. And I’m not complaining one bit! Quality basics are always a good idea. Today, I’m excited to share my favorite October new arrivals with you. And in case you missed it, you can read about my favorite September new arrivals in this post here.

Blazer 00, Sweater xxs, Jeans 24 ankle (cut hems), Mules 5

Of all the new arrivals from October, my favorite has to be these textured cashmere T-Neck sweaters. I have them in both cream and black and they’re such a closet essential. I’m wearing the xxs and the fit is perfect. The t-neck is a nice alternative to more of a full on turtleneck – not as bulky and hot. I know I will be living in these this season. Some other favorites include the air turtleneck ( I have the tee and love the fit and feel of these), fleece raglan sweatshirt, and the heavyweight bomber (will be great on petites!). They also released my wide legged jeans in black and the 90’s cheeky straight jeans in a dark wash with rips

I’ve received a few messages asking about Everlane blazers. This is my first time trying their blazers, so I thought I’d share my thoughts. I’m actually very impressed with this oversized blazer. The quality is really nice and the wool makes it quite warm (fully lined). I’m wearing the 00 and the arm length and width fit really well as do the shoulders. The only issue for me is the length. It runs a little long and wide (toward the bottom) for my petite frame, 5ft, but since the arms and shoulders fit well, I think if you’re 5’2”/5’3” and taller you can easily make this work. I should also note, the blazer is very comfortable and easy to move around in – not stuffy like some blazers can be. Also, the grey houndstooth color is perfect for fall! Because I love the quality and style, I may need to try one of their regular and not oversized blazers. I will keep you posted.
