Fitness Goals with Adidas

I’ve never been the one who hates the whole workout thing. I’ve done something physical practically my entire life, so be honest, it comes very natural and it always makes me feel good. Whether it be at the gym, on the track, or playing a sport, I would 100% rather do it with Mike, but when I have to go at it solo I see it as great quality me-time. It’s the best time to clear my head, slow down, and focus on what my body needs. With so much going on, I’ve come to really appreciate this time alone. With that said, it’s also a lot harder to find that time to workout and sneak away from everything else going on in life (work / blog / boyfriend / dog / chores / cooking / cleaning… you get my drift).

Since I kind of took most of last year off from regularly working out and was/still in the worst shape I’ve ever been physically, I decided to set some fitness goals before summer approaches and our big trip to Hawaii in November. Seeing as though time is my major issue, my main goal is to find the time to actually get to the gym (starting with twice a week). This means setting the time and day into my planner, not just going when I have the time, and making it a priority. My other goal is to tone up and become stronger. I’ve lost a lot of muscle, I can see it and feel it. There’s nothing worse than feeling weak and not capable especially when I’m still in my 20’s. #bringontheweights

I’m thrilled to start working on my fitness goals with some stylish pieces from adidas. Nothing helps get you to the gym like cute workout clothes, right? I’ve tried my fair share of workout leggings and these TechFit long tights are at the top of my list. First and foremost the length fits well, which tends to be my biggest challenge. They’re also incredibly comfortable and lightweight, perfect for those brisk morning runs. The Energy Boost 2.0 running shoes completely surprised me in the best possible way. They’re not only ridiculously comfortable, but super cute too! And then there’s my favorite, the pullover. The adidas Ultimate pullover is a bit long, but so soft, lightweight, and the ideal piece for this in-between spring and summer weather.

I like my workout clothes to be simple, functional, but stylish at the same time and that’s exactly what you get when it comes to adidas. Be sure to check out the rest of their training pieces here!
