My Go-To Place to Shop Fall and Winter Shoes
I wouldn’t consider myself a shoe addict, but I do LOVE a good pair of shoes. Since I’m very particular about what enters my closet, I go through a bit of a process before ordering a new pair of shoes. What purpose do they serve?, do I know the brand and if the sizing will fit TTS?, will I actually wear them?, how versatile are they?, and how will I wear them? I also typically wait a couple weeks before buying anything to make sure they’re something I really want. I really, really try to stay away from any impulse buys.

I’m an avid Nordstrom shopper in general, but when it comes to shoes, I almost always shop for them at Nordstrom. The wide range of selection at different price points is awesome and super convenient. Since we need so many different types of shoes in the fall and winter (rain boots, booties, OTK boots, loafers, etc.), it’s nice to be able to find everything you need in one place. Not to mention, the amazing customer service and return policy. As you can tell from my collection above, I’ve been able to find some of my go-to pairs at Nordstrom. All staples and all still in my fall and winter rotation. I just love that they always have the classics, but incorporate trends as well.
If the Nordstrom shoe selection seems overwhelming, try checking out their New Arrivals section. They’ll feature an older shoe that just came out in a new seasonal color, which is always helpful. If you’re not sure what shoes are on trend at the moment, utilize the drop down menu and click on Topshop & Trend. Here they show what’s the latest trends at the moment.
Where do you shop for your shoes?
Special thank you to Nordstrom for partnering on this post.
