Ice skating during Christmas has been on my bucket list for such a long time. It’s a simple date night idea during the holidays, but for some reason we never get around to it. While I wish Oregon had an outdoor rink, Lloyd Center was so much fun. I didn’t ice skate a ton when I was kid, but being on blades, skates, or wheels comes fairly naturally to me. Mike on the other hand, not so much. It’s so cute to see him out of his element (he’s such a good sport for even agreeing to have his photo taken while nearly falling). Thankfully we both had our Abercrombie and Fitch puffer coats to keep us warm, which also happened to be the perfect for our falls. Speaking of, this puffer jacket is one of my favorite finds of the season. It’s ridiculously soft and warm and I love shorter length. The cut, large collar, and faux fur keep it from looking like your average puffer coat.  Can I also talk about this plaid sweater. I love that it’s festive without being over the top. The pattern and color are subtle enough to wear after the holidays too. Runs TTS, but slightly short. I’m wearing an xs in both.
