I’m officially addicted to maxi cardigans. Last week I talked about playing with proportions and here I am again experimenting with longer lengths. This was another piece I thought would be overwhelming on my frame, but again I was wrong. I think the 2 side slits plus the lightweight material keep it from being too bulky. I actually just bought this cardigan from Forever 21 (under $20) and I’m having 2 slits added by my tailor. Not only are maxi cardigans cozy and warm for fall, but they’re extremely versatile. You can wear them with heels or flats, with dresses or jeans, and even at home with loungewear. Stay tuned for more ways to style this baby… I have a feeling she’ll get a ton of wears this season.
