Modern Playroom Inspiration

I have the playroom mapped out for the most part, so I thought I would share a little inspiration post with you guys. Initially we were going to put a daybed in the room, so that guest would still have a place to stay. But after thinking it through and calculating some measurements, not even a daybed will fit with enough space to actually play. So, we’re not going to do any large furniture in the room at all. I had the perfect daybed in-mind, so killing that idea kinda put a wrench in my whole vision. After some time on Pinterest, I was able to move on and still see my vision through.

This room’s decor is different from the rest of the house. I’ve really loved seeing white, light wood, and black, so I’m playing with it in the playroom. The room is so airy with all the natural light I think the decor fits the space perfectly – light, airy, and pretty. I’m letting Harper’s toys be the pop of color that a kids playroom needs. I can’t wait to start seeing the space come together… we’re starting to sell the guest room furniture this week. I’ll be sharing sneak peaks and products on Stories as they come in. Stay tuned!
