I don’t know about you, but I haven’t been into an Abercrombie & Fitch since my high school days. The smell of the store immediately takes me back and nostalgia fills my head. While the brand is synonymous with my younger years, they’re actually moving in a new direction. They’re really trying to appeal to all generations. Sizing is the biggest noticeable change. I remember thinking everything was so tiny, like smalls were for pre-teens. I actually picked up a couple smalls and extra smalls. I would even say most pieces run TTS, although I sized up in my denim shorts (I’m wearing a size 2).

One of the things I had always loved about A&F is the classic styles and neutral colors. This picture pretty much sums up their color palette, which is obviously right up my alley. I was surprised with how many pieces that stood out to me. On top of having awesome basics and neutral trendy pieces, everything is so soft and comfortable. No joke, these shorts are the softest, most comfortable, denim shorts I own. I also raved about this tank on Instagram. It comes in 8 colors, it’s under $12, and it’s SO SO soft and comfy. I will 100% be living it in all summer.

If you’re looking for some comfortable summer basics, A&F has you covered. It may feel weird to pop into your local store (if so, shop online!), but I’m telling you, you’ll be surprised with how many pieces you walk out with. They have some pretty awesome sales too, so look out for that. I’m already guilting of popping into the store again last week. I picked up a lace-up sweater, which doesn’t appear to be online yet. Stay tuned to see me style it!
