Weekend Recap

{finally got my french fry fix}

{so much Italian pizza in the last couple of weeks… I so don’t mind though!}

Other than a birthday party on Saturday, most of my weekend was spent trying to stay as cool as possible. I promise I’m not trying to be a huge complainer, but seriously, I’m over this heat! It’s too hot to function. Besides profusely sweating and taking shower after shower all weekend, we did get a couple more things for the apartment. A trip to Home Goods, a delivery from Joss and Main, and flowers from Mike has really helped the apartment come together. Still a huge work in progress, but we’re getting there! The other highlight of the weekend, football is back! There are a couple things that really make it feel like fall around here and the return of the football is one of them! Sundays full of back to back games, eeek, I’m so excited!
