3 Ways to Wear Leopard for the Holidays

I’ve been so drawn to leopard this season and figured the holidays was a good time to dress up the print. Maybe it’s because I don’t wear bold leopard on the daily, or maybe it’s because leopard feels festive to me, regardless, I thought it would be fun to share some festive leopard outfits perfect for the holidays.

J.Crew turtleneck sweater xxs, Asos skirt petite 2, Zara heels 5 (old, similar)

Zara blouse xs, & Other Stories velvet pants 0, Quay sunglasses, Staud bag mini

Majestic Filatures turtleneck xs (old, similar), J.Crew skirt 00, Topshop leather jacket petite US2, Rachel Zoe heels 5 (old, similar), Simone Miller bag, J.Crew earrings

I don’t think I would normally think to pair leopard with Christmas colors, but I think if you do it subtly, it can definitely work. The first look is all neutrals, but you could easily pair it with a bold red lip or even red earrings. The second look, I paired my leopard blouse with green velvet trousers. You can’t see the color that well in these photos, but these pants are gorgeous in-person. The velvet green is perfect for any holiday occasion. In the third look, I added red earrings and gold metallic heels – a subtle way to make any outfit festive, really.

I received a ton of questions about this J.Crew skirt on Instagram. It’s gorgeous and flows so beautifully. I’m so sad it doesn’t come in petite sizes. I’m wearing a regular 00 and have the waist rolled once to help with the length. It runs a little big around the waist, but nothing too crazy where I can’t make it work. It’s sadly never part of J.Crew’s sales… I’m wondering if they will include it in any after-Christmas sales. If they do, I’ll be sure to share it!

In case you’re still on the hunt for some holiday outfits, I’m sharing a handful of leopard pieces that can easily make for a festive look.
