Banana Republic top, Banana Republic cropped flares, Coach saddle bag, Charles by Charles David pumps (currently price matching, 25% off), Ray-Ban aviators, Forever 21 handkerchief (sold out, similar)
This year I’ve been a lot more experimental when it comes to denim. I’ve tried flare jeans, high waisted jeans, and now cropped flares. I’ve been really intrigued with the cropped flare denim trend and I’m so glad I was able to find a pair that flatters my short athletic legs. Denim trends are not the easiest to adopt for those vertically challenged, but with so many different versions of the trend out there, if you’re patient, you’re bound to find something that works. The wash on these Banana Republic jeans are slimming, the length hits at the perfect spot, and they’re incredibly comfortable. I wear these at least 4-5 times/week. I wear them with flats, which probably aren’t the most flattering, but they’re so comfy I can’t help it. Sadly, these are nearly sold out online, but if you love them as much as I do, be sure to check your local store… they’re currently on double sale!

I also want to talk about this off-the-shoulder top. I received many emails last year about this top from Zara. I wasn’t able to find anything similar and affordable until now. The one I’m wearing is nearly identical in style, but there’s also this Free People option in white. This top is great for spring because there’s enough coverage, but it’s still fresh and fun for the warmer weather. Best part, it can be dressed up with jeans or down with shorts or a button-front skirt. I’m sharing more options below.
