Every now and then I’ll pop over to Forever21.com to browse items I don’t necessarily want to invest in or for more trendier pieces. I usually end up leaving the site empty handed because as we all know, items purchased from Forever 21 NEED to be tried on before they’re taken home. The sizing and fit are always weird and can’t be trusted! With all that said, when I stumbled upon this striped drop waist dress I knew I’d have to make an exception. Drop waist, pockets, the short length (perfect for short girls), and under $23, talk about a diamond in the rough! I could not recommend this dress more! Great quality for the price and the stripes are so classic.
