Happy Tuesday! I hope you had an amazing long weekend. You can see how Harper felt about the holiday weekend in this Instagram post here (swipe right). You guys, 4 months (almost 5 months) is such a fun age. She has the best personality! In other news, I’ve been doing some shopping lately and thought I’d share what I’ve been adding to my cart and what’s on my wishlist for summer. We’re finally having good weather, so I’m super pumped to get everything in the mail and show you some of my finds.

You may have seen some of these pieces on the blog or Instagram as they’ve already made their way into my closet (these sandals, these shorts, these jeans, and this bag). I’m trying to make a conscious effort with my summer wardrobe this year. The last couple of years I haven’t loved my summer style… I don’t know what it is but it never feels like me. This year I’m sticking with the classics and reaching for what really speaks to me, even if that means wearing a variation of the same thing everyday, lol. To help me hone in on my summer style, I’m investing in basics that I know will take me through the season. I wear these agolde denim shorts every other day. They’re so comfortable and cover your bum. I’m obsessed with these high-waisted jeans from GRLFRND. The light wash and distressing are perfect for summer and the rise is super flattering. I talked about my Hermes Oran sandals before – wanting them to be my go-to summer sandal – and so far they have been! I’ve been wearing them to death. These white jeans have been on my wishlist as well. I’ve heard great things about them and they’re a nice alternative to blue denim. Pricey, but I have a feeling I will reach for them a ton.

Have you started building your summer wardrobe? If so, what’s on your wishlist?
