Yesterday morning I had a chance to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in-person. I figured they may have some stuff in the store that may not be online. I went in early enough that most parts of the store were not too too crowded, however, this was not the case for shoes. It was mayhem. If you’re trying to shop in-store, I would highly recommend getting there when the store opens. There wasn’t anything that stood out to be in the store that wasn’t online, so if you opt to completely stay away from the store, I don’t think you’re missing out on anything.
My favorite find was the Blank NYC moto jacket. I remember it selling out fast last year when it was full price. I’m so happy they brought it back and even happier I got it on sale! As seen in the photos, the arm length is a little long, but nothing too crazy. I’m actually surprised with the quality. The suede is soft and the weight of the jacket makes it feel super luxe. Definitely worth the discounted price. I never would have thought I’d like the shiny tan color of the Bernardo coat, but I was pretty obsessed once I tried it on. I’m on high alert for any coats like this now that we live in Portland and this one does not disappoint. The fit is awesome and it’s super warm! I’m so sad the BP. cardigan is too big. I’m wearing an xxs above and the sleeve length is not only long but wide. The price is unbeatable and it comes in so many different colors (obviously, my favorite is the tan fog color). I would definitely recommend sizing down.
I have a huge order on it’s way to me, so stay tuned for more try-ons and details. I promise I’m not just saying this, but this is probably one of the best sales I’ve seen in a long time. The good stuff is selling out fast, so jump on the early access if you’re a Nordstrom Card holder. If you’re not and looking to access the sale early, I detailed it all in this post here.
