Down South

{stopped in Santa Barbara for lunch at Carlitos Cafe y Cantina}

{the veggie tostada salad was amazing. grilled veggies and handmade soft corn tortillas, um hello!}

{spent the day at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica}

{dined at True Food Kitchen. might be my favorite restaurant ever!}

{spent 4th of July at the Lagoon in Woodbridge Irvine}

{meet baby Hayley. she might me the cutest baby alive}

{met up with Bettina at Native Foods}

Here are a just a few snapshots from our trip down south. I can’t tell you enough how fun it was to be in Santa Barbara even for just a few hours. We drove through IV, passed our old apartment, walked to the beach, and had lunch on State Street. We could not have asked for better weather… sigh, I swear I love that place. Some other highlights included a day in Santa Monica at Third Street Promenade, dining at True Food Kitchen (must get one in sf stat), meeting up with Bettina for lunch at Native Foods and then shopping at South Coast Plaza, and spending the day at the lagoon with baby Hayley.

No doubt, I didn’t get to see and do as much as I wanted to, but I hope to be down that way soon enough (Sara I’m talking to you =).
