Mike’s Debut in Hugh and Crye

{Her: Gap sweater, Topshop skirt (similar), Zara blazer, Evado sandals, vintage necklace and bracelet thanks to Sweet & Spark, vintage Coach shoulder bag as clutch // Him: Hugh and Crye shirt c/o, Gap jeans, Cole Haan boots, Oris watch}

I know you’ve seen Mike in Weekend Recap photos and on Instagram, but I wanted to formally introduce him in his first ever outfit post. Although he’s pretty shy (and kinda hates getting his photo taken), I knew I wanted to get him on the blog eventually because a lot of times his style rivals mine… and he’s not too bad on the eyes either (I might be biased)! When Nikki emailed me asking if he would be interested in trying out a Hugh & Crye shirt, I immediately said yes. You see, Mike is almost 6’3 with a large torso making it difficult to find shirts that fit well. Since Hugh & Crye makes shirts based on body type rather than the masses (S, M, L), I knew he was in luck. Based on their Fit Finder (height + build = size), we chose Athletic Fit which caters to a muscular upper body, leaving room in the chest and shoulders, but still fitted and tapered to the waist (the fit Mike has been wanting for years). This whole Fit Finder thing is game changer, people and the attention to detail is genius.

If your guy has a tough time finding shirts with the perfect fit or simply needs to update his wardrobe with some stylish pieces (they also have blazers and pocket squares), be sure to check out Hugh & Crye. They’re website is uber chic and their blog and tumblr are filled with cute men… go, go check it out!
