This weekend was non-stop. Despite living in the new place for two weeks now, we still have a bazillion things to do and buy. We set out to tackle as many stores on Saturday before the storm hit (honestly, I have not seen that much rain in a long time). Did I mention shopping and furnishing an apartment is exhausting? Holy cow! When you go from a junior studio to a two bedroom you realize you have no furniture but a lot of storage crap. And it doesn’t help that the new place has no closets for storage #fail. The good news is, we’re slowly organizing stuff, tossing things out, and settling in. Speaking of tossing things, I uploaded a ton of new pieces to my Shop My Closet page. We sold our old coffee table over the weekend and have yet to find a new one. If you have any recommendations for home decor/furniture sites that aren’t too expensive please share.
