Weekend Recap

Good Morning to you all! It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted last, but I have not abandoned you, I promise. Although I’ve been lacking in the blogging arena, I’ve been one busy girl; work has been crazy madness and I had one jammed packed weekend! The cold rainy weather was perf for a baking/making marathon, pumpkin carving, friends, wine, and the GIANTS!!! So trilled for the G MEN and love seeing the city of Sf come together in support of the hometown team. World Series here we come!

All Little Round Up of the Weekend:

♥ Friday night catch up sesh with Kate at Delarosa ♥ 5 mile run before the rain started, and then dined at  The Plant ♥ Spent all day Saturday baking my first ever vegan chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin muffins ♥ We were accompanied by neighbors and and delightful mulled wine for the Giants game ♥ We rounded out Sunday with pumpkin carving, pumpkin seed roasting, and I made fresh homemade vegetable soup ♥

All my baking and making turned out pretty fabulous. It took me several batches to finally figure out the right texture for the cookies, but the muffins, soup, and pumpkin seeds are fantastic! I already bought all the ingredients to make banana chocolate muffins… hehe, this weather has me doin it up in the kitchen!
