• Roasted Potatoes

Last week I made an attempt to roast my first batch of potatoes. Weird that this was my first go at it, considering I love all things potato-y… I guess I usually sauté them. I found this recipe here and thought the baggy idea was  perfect  and easy enough. 40-50 mins in the oven, and

Vegan products get a lot of flack; “ew, vegan that must be gross.” But I want  to make it loud and clear, vegan desserts can and are fantastic.  Aside from frozen yogurt, if you were never told it was vegan, I don’t think you could ever tell the difference. I became dairy and meat free

  • Soup Du Jour_Vegan Style

Aside from vegan tomato basil, this hearty vegetable soup is one of my all time favs. Spring, winter, summer, I’ll take it any time of the year. I’ve had several variations of this dinning out but never found the perfect broth to veggie ratio. So, in my attempts to create this soup I’ve so deliciously
