15 Neutral Spring Dresses Under $250
I’ve mentioned several times recently that I’m really trying to embrace more feminine styles. I naturally gravitate toward some, but never really feel like I can own them like I would like to. But, I’m determined to change that. In the last couple of weeks I’ve taken two very feminine blouses and paired them with more edgier pieces (see here and here). By pairing them with black, rips, and leather, they feel more me, if that makes sense. It really is all about your interpretation of a piece – it can go edgy, boho, feminine, tomboy, classic, or preppy – and that’s what I love so much about fashion. You make it your own.

Now that spring is here I’ve really noticed myself eyeing so many dresses. I almost think it’s a natural thing to do when March hits. I’m not normally a dress girl, but the changing of the seasons, warmer weather, and flowers blooming everywhere, just scream pretty dresses to me. Does anyone else feel like that? Anyway, I’ve picked up few dresses here and there and since this is new territory for me, I’m still trying to figure it all out. Dresses don’t have to be overly girly and colorful. I think I know the silhouettes that look best on me, now I just need to figure out my dress style. I know it seems like I’m over thinking ‘buying a dress’, but I’m telling you, once you understand your style, shopping and searching will come a lot easier. Less returns, for sure!
I’ve purchased a couple misses, but this dress from Topshop is one of my hits! I absolutely adore the silhouette and print. The ruffles add some flare to a basic shirt dress and I love that the black balances out the feminine details. And as always, you know I love a versatile dress that can be worn through the seasons and for multiple occasions. I can’t wait to pair it with flats once the weather warms up!
Since I’m all for neutral, but festive spring dresses, I’m sharing 15 of my favorites all under $250.
