2 Workwear Outfit Ideas to Wear Now & Later

While I know most of you aren’t back in the office just yet, I did get some requests to share more workwear outfit ideas for when you do go back to work. I’m excited to bring you 2 outfits from White House Black Market that can easily be worn now (Zoom calls), to the office, and transition seamlessly to happy hour (FaceTime happy hours in the kitchen?). I styled both looks dressed down with sandals since we’re all home right now, but you can easily add a heel, mule, or loafer if you’re headed to the office.

WHBM features a lot of great work to weekend pieces – everything transitions beautifully (simply swap your shoes and accessories). The jersey romper I’m wearing is one of my favorite pieces from their latest collection. This is the most comfortable romper I’ve worn – feels good, easy to move in, and drapes beautifully. I have a long torso, so I sized up to a petite xs. You can wear this on it’s own, add a blazer for the office, or wear it on the weekend with a denim jacket. I’m also a huge fan of paper bag shorts for summer and these are perfect for workwear. They’re weather appropriate, but still professional and elegant. I styled them with sandals for a more casual look, but I would pair them with mules for the office.
