I know a lot of you mentioned how much you love these posts, so I’m excited to bring you my 2016 spring essentials. I don’t know if it’s because I can’t wait until the weather warms up or because I’m loving the spring trends, but I cannot wait for spring fashion. My favorite trend of the season comes in the form of denim (obviously). I was hesitant about flare jeans last year, but this year couldn’t be more opposite. The wider the flare the better! I actually picked up my first pair and cannot wait to style them for you. I’m also really digging cropped jeans. Now I just need to find a pair to fit my petite frame. Perhaps a post on how to wear cropped jeans multiple ways?

There’s also the lace-up trend that’s still going strong. By lace-up, I mean anything and everything. Flats, sandals, pumps, tops, sweaters, whatever it is, I’m down. I recently snagged this blouse in navy for under $30. Another trend still going strong is the neck scarf / neckerchief / bandana, whatever you may call it. It’s a simple accessory to add a little something, something to an outfit. You can see me style it here, here, and here. Finally, the saddle bag is back and better than ever. I recently added this one to my collection, but I also love this one and this one. It’s such a classic bag that can be worn different ways and helps free up your hands (win, win). Are you getting excited about spring fashion yet?

What are you looking forward to wearing the most in the spring? As a follow up to this, I’ll be sharing a spring trends splurge vs. steal post, so stay tuned!
