End of Summer Vacation Vibes

We have our end-of-summer vacation to Black Butte coming up at the end of the month. Family have been going for years now and Mike and I are just excited to be able to join them this time around. I’ve been in the past, but I’m super stoked to finally go back as an adult and with Mike (this will be his first trip). Black Butte Ranch is about 2.5 hours southeast of where we live and a spot where locals tend to spend their summers. You rent a big house with your family and spend most of your time relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, riding bikes, and catching up on some R&R. I’ve been looking forward to this trip for quite some time. Not your typical tropical vacation, but one of my absolute favorites, for sure!

I know you’re probably not looking for vacation inspiration right now (have you moved on to fall yet?), but since I’ve been shopping for the trip, I thought I’d share a few things I picked up. I’ve been wearing this Brixton Willow hat all summer. I struggled to find the perfect straw hat that fits my small head for so long, but the xs  is perfect. The wide brim is super chic! How darling is the For Love & Lemons one piece? The adjustable straps in the back help with fit and I’m impressed with the overall quality. As if I needed another pair of One Teaspoon bandit shorts, but the Hollywoods are awesome! They’re my absolute favorite right now. They do run large, I sized down to a 23. I mentioned I picked up this towel during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. Well, it arrived and it’s stunning in person. It’s a great size and the print is super fun. Side note- Nordstrom actually has a ton of really cute round towels, for those interested.
