Getting dressed for Christmas day, let alone any Christmas related function is hard. I don’t have a ton of festive stuff in my closet, so sometimes I like to improvise. If you’re headed somewhere where you don’t really know the vibe, it’s nice to go with a more a subtle outfit. Sticking with basics and then elevating the look with accessories, is always your best bet. Earrings have been my go-to this year. I’m not typically an earrings girl, but they’re an easy way to transform a look without having to invest in a ton of sparkly things this time of year (also a great way to save $$). They’re also an easy way to make any look a little more feminine, which is a nice change for me, especially during the holidays.

If you’re looking for fun holiday earrings, I’m sharing some favorites below.
Also, I want to briefly talk about this Mural blazer. It’s one of my favorite purchases of the year (a post on all my favorite purchases from 2017 is coming up, so stay tuned). It’s perfectly oversized, the brass hardware is a nice touch, and it’s super affordable. It’s just a really chic piece in my closet that I can throw on with anything. You can’t really find a ton of affordable blazers at this length, which I happen to really love. I couldn’t recommend it more! It also comes in a pretty burgundy color, too!
