Mockingbird Double Stroller Review + My Top Reasons To Sign Up For Target’s Baby Registry

I talked about Target’s Baby Registry during my pregnancy and I have to say, one of my favorite registry items is the Mockingbird Single-to-Double stroller. When I originally shared the stroller I got such a great response from you. Either you had the stroller and loved it or you were excited to try it. I’m excited to share our official review of the stroller below.

This was my first time registering with Target for a baby and I have to say, they have everything! It’s also SUPER easy to browse, just like you’re shopping, and then you simply click “Add to Registry”. You might have your favorites in-mind, but they also share a lot of the recommended products on the Registry home page to help you navigate the whole process. One of the best things about Target’s baby registry, you get a year of benefits in a way no other retailer can provide.

A Year of Benefits include:

  1. A year of exclusive deals
  2. Free welcome kit (over $150 in value)
  3. 15% off coupon – available upon Target Registry creation
  4. Universal registry – meaning you can save products from a 3rd party
  5. 1 year of free returns

My other top reason to sign up for Target’s baby registry, it’s familiarity. If you’re like me, you shop target.com frequently, so it makes registering for products very easy. Also, I’m sure the majority of your family and friends are familiar with navigating target.com as well, so they’ll feel more comfortable shopping your registry.

If you’re pregnant and still need to create your baby registry, I can’t recommend Target’s Baby Registry enough! Not only is it easy to use and navigate and you get so many benefits.

On My Target Registry:

Mockingbird Single-to-Double Stroller  – This is a new brand at Target that was recommended to us. We haven’t thought too much about a double stroller, but this one is chic, easy to put together and I love that it goes from single-to-double stroller really easily. It’s also great quality for the price!

Snuggle Me Organic – We used this a lot in the beginning, newborn stage. We got harper to take her naps in the Snoo pretty early on, but for those hard days of nap strikes or when you just want to set them down, this is great!

Green Sprouts Muslin Burp Cloths  – We LOVED these with Harper. They’re so soft and fit on your shoulder perfectly! I will be restocking these for sure!

Bibs Baby Pacifiers  – I’m so excited to try these and had no idea Target carried them! All natural (no plastic!) and in so many beautiful colors.

Infant Optics Baby Monitor – We have this monitor and are thinking of getting another one for baby #2. It’s super easy to use and we’ve been happy with it for the last 3.5 years.

The Mockingbird Single-to-Double stroller was created with flexibility in mind. It functions as both a single and double stroller, meaning you can add a second seat when your family grows. This is kind of everything when it comes to a stroller. The seats can be configured 19 different ways, so you’re bound to find something that works for your family. The seats also work for infants and toddlers (this is so convenient) – you can have seats parent-facing or world-facing. We had been using a bassinet on our other stroller, but Camden really loved the seat on the Mockingbird stroller. He took a full nap in this seat for the very first time! Keep it in mind you do need to order Mockingbird 2nd Seat Kit in order to set up the double stroller. The 2nd Seat Kit comes with a seat, upper adapters, lower adapters, extendable canopy, and full coverage sunshade. You can attach a bassinet, infant seat insert, and car seat adapter, but they’re all sold separately.

We haven’t tried any other double strollers, so it’s hard to compare. It definitely feels big, lol, especially for my petite frame. But, something I noticed right away, it’s narrow, but still comfortable for the kids. So yes, it’s long but it doesn’t feel overly bulky, if that makes sense. I also love the all black sleekness, large basket at the bottom for storage, and leather details. If you’re looking for a double stroller, I would definitely recommend this one. It’s so versatile, it’s hard to beat (and it’s half the price of a lot of the other stroller systems out there).

Special thank you to Target for partnering on this post.
