Our Place cookware has been on my wishlist for a while, so when they reached out to try their cook and dinnerware, I was ecstatic! Anytime I find something that’s functional, non-toxic, and chic, I’m all in. Who said cookware can’t be elevated, right? I’m sharing everything you need to know about Our Place and my experience using their products below.
We’ve been using the Our Place Always Pan for 3 weeks now and I have to say, it’s living up to all the hype. It really is an all-in-one pan. I’ve used it to saute, serve and steam already and I’m sure I’ll fry something this week. The non-toxic, non-stick coating makes cooking and cleaning REALLY EASY. Aside from it being non-toxic and easy to use, I LOVE that you can serve it on the table and have it look beautiful. I rarely serve food like this, so I feel like the Always Pan is already elevating my food presentation. I’m also a HUGE fan of the bowls and plates. The quality is exquisite and the product in general, is absolutely stunning. The Always Pan and dinnerware come in different colors, so be sure to check their website to see what speaks to you most.
A little more information…
Our Place Always Pan can really be used, always. It’s essentially an 8-in1 pan. You can braise, sear, steam, strain, saute, fry, boil, serve, and store. Think of it as a skillet, saucier, non-stick pan, fry pan, spatula rest, colander, steamer, and sauce pan.
The Always Pan has an exclusive superior breakthrough coating specifically formulated without Teflon, PFAS, PFOAS, PTFEs, lead, cadmium, toxic metals or other potentially harmful materials
Care & Use
Cooking temperature: Our Place Always Pan’s heavy gauge cast aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, so they recommend low to medium heat when cooking.
Do not use your Always Pan in the oven.
Oils & fats: A little fat goes a long way! 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter is more than enough to lightly coat the Always Pan’s entire surface. Recommended high smokepoint oils – extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, and peanut oils as well as ghee.
Skip the metal: Stick to non-metal utensils to avoid damaging the coating.
Washing up: While the Always Pan is dishwasher safe, they recommend a quick wash with some soapy water and a soft sponge after each use for best results.
