Shopbop’s Buy More, Save More Sale Try On’s
As promised, I’m back with my try on’s from the Shopbop sale. I’m still in that awkward postpartum stage, so shopping has been a little rough. I don’t want to have to buy anything in a bigger size because I know I’m in the process of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Which btw, yesterday was my first workout (more on that later)!!! I also ordered a couple pairs of jeans (not pictured), but one pair was way too big to even show you and the other pair the button flew off when I took it out of the package. Let’s just say, neither of them I’d recommend, lol.
Hope you guys are enjoying this sale and be sure to check back tomorrow for more favorites from the sale!
Splendid Stripe Pj’s small – I’m obsessed with these pj’s! I have a very similar blue striped set from Splendid, so I was fairly familiar with sizing. I actually went with a small (sized up) because the shorts run super short and small. Since they’re pj’s, I figured the roomier fit would be comfy. These are silky, soft, and comfortable. I could even see myself wearing this top with shorts or jeans.
Free People Hoodie xs – I’m all about sweatshirts and hoodies right now and this one is super soft and comfortable. I love the slits on the side and the open detail in the back. I’m wearing my nursing bra in these photos, but this would look super cute with a cut out sports bra or even a bralette. It does run short, so keep that in mind. It also comes in a faded black color as well.
Koral Activewear Lustrous Leggings xs – These have been my favorite postpartum leggings. I’m wearing my maternity version, but they come in regular as well. They suck you in, while still allowing you to move. Honestly, one of the most flattering leggings I own. They have a sheen to them which makes them look like faux leather. Couldn’t recommend these more!
T By Alexander Wang Tee xs – This is an oldie, but I wanted to show you how it fits. It’s such a classic piece and super comfortable. It is dry clean only, so that may be a red flag for some. I actually washed and dried it the other day… definitely shrunk, but since it runs large, it works for me.
English Factory Knit Dress xs – I was instantly drawn to this dress when I saw it online. The contrasting colors are striking and I love that it’s long sleeved. Unfortunately, it’s too big on me. I would also say, the skirt is a lot more flared in-person than it appears online. I still think it’s a great dress. Chic, versatile, and can be worn on many body types. If you’re 5’3” and up, I would say give it a shot.
Anine Bing Blazer xs – This blazer was on my wishlist since fall. It finally came back in-stock, so obviously I had to buy it. Sadly, it’s way too big. I’m all for oversized blazers, but this one just looked too overwhelming. I have the sleeves tucked in the photos, but the arms run long and the shoulder and breast width are too wide. It’s such a chic and well made blazer, though. If it’s still in-stock and you’re looking for a checked blazer, I would highly recommend this one.
Z Supply White Tee xs – I get so many questions asking about what tees to wear under sweaters and sweatshirts, so I wanted to give these a shot. I have the pocket v-neck tees from Z Supply, so I knew these would be long. I’m obsessed! They’re the perfect length to wear under everything and I love the scalloped / rounded hem. These come in a set of 2 and are a bit pricey for tee shirts, but I know I will get a ton of wear out of these!
Endless Rose Polka Dot Dress xs – I’m all about maxi dresses and this one is adorable. Polka dots are classic, but fun and are a great alternative to florals prints (if you’re not into them). Based on the length details and seeing how it fit on the model, I knew this dress would work on my short frame without having to get it hemmed. So petite-friendly for sure! The xs fits well, although pretty tight in the bust, but only because I have them breastfeeding boobies going on right now. This is such a great and affordable dress for spring and summer.
