The Most Luxurious Body Cream from Augustinus Bader

I was introduced to Augustinus Bader a few months ago and I’ve been using their products for just over a month. If you’re not aware of the brand, Augustinus Bader is known for their incredible face creams. I’ve been using The Body Cream and I have to admit, I never realized I needed a luxurious body cream until now. 

My first impressions of The Body Cream – it’s thick, creamy, non-scented, and non-greasy. The latter two things I look for in nearly all my body lotions because I have a highly sensitive nose and can’t do fragrance and I don’t do any lotions that leave my skin feeling greasy. So, already I was a fan. I wanted to wait a few weeks before I started taking notes on the Body Cream, but even after my first use, I noticed how soft my skin felt, like silky soft. Over the next weeks, I could see my skin tone evening out and feeling more firm and toned. My biggest takeaway is how hydrated my skin feels and looks. Every year, the top of my hands start to crack and become super dry from the cold, dry weather and washing my hands. This year, it hasn’t been the case and I know it’s from The Body Cream. While the cream has a hefty price tag, think of it as an investment into your skin health. I know for me, as I start to get older, I’m trying my best to take better care of my skin. I’ve upped my skincare routine and I’m really making it a point to moisturize my neck and hands (two places that shows signs of age as we get older). You can even incorporate it into your body creams you’re already using to help with longevity.
