We arrived back from Oregon Monday night and I’ve been sleeping like a rock ever since. Getting away is always nice, but so is returning to your own bed. Anyway, our visit with family was the perfect little getaway. It was nice to step away from our everyday routine, spend quality time with family, and let loose a bit. We didn’t do as much on this trip as we normally do, but I wasn’t complaining at all. Sitting around eating yummy food, playing board games, drinking wine, and getting in a whole lot of tennis, sounds like the picture perfect week to me!

I just realized I didn’t post any pictures of the dogs, but I think they had the best time of us all. Lola has been sleeping ever since we got home. Let’s just say… she was in dog heaven (and more reason to get her a brother or sister).
