Weekend Recap

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mike and I kept things really low key (think naps, takeout, and movies). Some highlights included: Meeting a girlfriend for lunch on Friday. Nothing beats dining al fresco, a glass of pinot grigio, and catching up with a good friend. We took Lola to the dog park both Saturday and Sunday for the first time (to the small dog area). I guess I didn’t know what to expect considering I’ve never been to one, but Lola did so well. She played nicely, but also stuck around Mike and I, not wandering off.  Who knew you could be so happy seeing your puppy make friends lol.

I’ve also been on a big organizing/getting-the-office-done kick. We did a lot initially when we moved in, but kinda fell off the wagon. Now that Mike is on summer break, we’re really trying to kick it in gear. One of our biggest problems has been storage space… we came from two huge walk in closets in Sf, and now we’re bursting at the seams. I’ll try to share more progress pictures here on the blog.
