Happy Monday! How was your weekend? We spent ours visiting family in Livermore (and drinking a lot of yummy wine), working on DIY projects for the apartment, and picking up after a week full of construction. I believe most of the drilling and dirty work is over, cross your fingers, so hopefully we can get our place back together soon. In happier news, how cute is my mom’s new puppy? I think he’s a chiwawa le papillon mix… he’s about 5 pounds and teeny tiny but totally hangs with the big dogs. Him and Lola wrestled for nearly 6 hours straight, my heart pretty much melted.

We also had some pretty major fall weather and it felt amazing! A little rain, that crisp chill in the air, and lots of layers. Starting yesterday, I guess we can officially say, hello fall!
