12 Camel Pieces To Get You Excited About Fall
This post is all about camel, but I have to say, this A&F sweater dress has proven to be such a great basic this season. I’ve already worn it a ton and I can see myself reaching for it even more for holiday parties and get-togethers. The color is great for layering and serves as a base for putting together many outfits and, not to mention, the length is perfect on petite frame. I ordered a couple more A&F sweater dresses over the weekend (this one and this one). As my maternity jeans are getting tighter, I have a feeling I will be living in these.

Okay, aside from all the talk about this dress, can we talk about camel. I briefly talked about the color in My 5 Fall Must-Haves post last week, but I wanted to dedicate an entire to post to it. I love camel in general, but it’s just so perfect for this time of year. Pair it with any other color and you look and feel more festive and seasonal. Like black, it’s also a very chic color. I have a feeling people think camel washes them out, so not everyone reaches for it. But, anytime I see it done right, I love it that much more. Over the years I’ve collected camel jackets and coats and I must say, I have quite the collection. This oversized blazer was a Banana Republic find a couple years ago. It’s still one of my favorite pieces in my closet. It’s perfectly tailored and elevates any look. I get so many compliments and questions about it every time I wear it, I wish they would bring it back. BR, J.Crew, and Aritzia all do camel really well. Because I’m a bit camel obsessed, I thought I would share my favorite pieces with you (all currently available).
