Confident In Denim

I’ve probably talked about this a few times on the blog, but for me, when I wear jeans I feel the most confident. In the past I used to dress the part if you will. If I was going out to dinner or drinks I thought I had to dress a certain way – skirts, dresses, etc. I would always feel a little out of my comfort zone and not myself. A few years back I realized, I don’t have to wear what everyone else is wearing. I had to wear what I felt the best in, even if that meant dressing up jeans instead of wearing a dress. Once I started dressing for myself, I stressed less about “what am I going to wear,” and my wardrobe became more versatile and wearable.
