Distressed Denim In The Summer

In between these heat waves we’ve been having some pretty mild weather, hence the trench coat. I’m almost positive that’s normal here, but for Mike and I it’s a bit odd seeing overcast cool days in the middle of June (something we’re still getting used to). While this is not what I’d normally wear to kick off the summer solstice, I still do love distressed denim for summer. If I’m not wearing denim cut-offs, a dress, or skirt, I’m rocking my ripped jeans. They’re carefree just like the season and they’re typically the most comfortable pair of jeans in my closet. These Joe’s jeans are one of the softest pair of jeans I own and I love, LOVE the distressing! I also recently picked up these and they’re just awesome, so soft and the wash is beautiful. Distressed jeans are like stripe tees, you can never have enough and they’re all different. The struggle is real, people.
