First Observation

From the outside looking in we all think of San Francisco locals as super chic and trendy. Yes, this is still very true (trust me, every female looks fabulous), but after living here for a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed a slight uniform-esque when it comes to running around the City. Whether it’s checking the mail, running errands on Filmore, stocking up at Whole Foods, or stopping in at The Grove for lunch, every female is in their workout gear; yoga pants, a North Face Fleece, running shoes, oversized sunglasses and hair in a pony (and everyone still looks great!). I figure this is standard when walking is the main form of getting around  and climbing monstrous hills is the norm. You seriously cannot wear a shoe that could possibly tear a blister and flip flops are simply insufficient when it comes to downhill, uphill, and over 15 minute treks. Walking in cold, windy weather calls for something comfy, warm, yet active and tight; I totally get it, it’s super practical, efficient, and comfortable…(who knows, maybe everyone really did just work out)!
