I was nervous flat OTK boots would make me look even shorter, but to my surprise, they actually help elongate my legs! My journey to find the perfect pair of flat over-the-knee boots has been long. All the boots I’ve tried on would bunch at the ankle and for a petite gal, that is not flattering. I stumbled upon these Ivanka Trump pair at Nordstrom Rack a while back and knew they were the one’s the second I tried them on. They’re form fitting to the calves, don’t go too far up the thigh, and most importantly, don’t bunch at the ankle! They’re currently on sale here, here, and here. They also come in gray and tan!
