New Purchases / Recent Finds
Happy Friday! Because I’m obsessed, I thought I’d share some of my favorite recent purchases and finds with you. Anytime I fall in love with a product, I can’t wait to share it with you guys. As a clothes lover and someone who tries-on so many things, I feel like it’s my duty, lol. Everything in this post I would 1000% recommend and will be wearing non-stop (if not already) once the weather wants to cooperate.
Gibson jogger set petite xxs pants, petite xs top (pants linked here)- I’m so obsessed with this set it’s not even funny. I’ve always loved a good sweat suit, but I haven’t been able to find anything that fits. When I spotted this set on Nordstrom and saw that they come in petite sizes, I immediately ordered. I have a few things from Gibson, so I knew how soft these could be. Let’s just say, they DO NOT disappoint. So soft and comfortable, I don’t want to ever take them off. These come in gray and black. If you’re in the market, I would highly recommend check these out.
Nike Mariah Sneakers 5 – Hands down my favorite sneakers of all time. I know I say that A LOT (like every new pair I get), but these take the cake. So flattering (they make your feet look so small) and chic and this color is gorgeous. I’m usually a black sneaker gal, but I love the light nude/beige for spring and summer. I will be wearing these with jeans, denim cut offs, and athleisure wear. I’m not sure I would work out in these, but definitely great for every day wear and running errands.
AGOLDE denim shorts 25 – I raved about these last week, but I had to include them in this list. I’m obsessed and ordered a second wash. Not tight and doesn’t show your butt. Light distressing and oh-so comfortable! AGOLDE has several denim shorts called the same thing, but make sure you check the rise because it makes a huge difference. These aren’t as high waisted as some, which makes them flattering on all body types.
David Lerner jogger set xs (pants linked here)- I’m on a matching set binge over here. This is another great set. Pricey, but so comfortable and can easily be worn separately. I love that the distressing keeps these interesting (not your average sweatpants). They come in white and gray. If you work from home like I do, good loungewear makes a huge difference… at least that’s what I tell myself ;)
Soludos sneakers 5 – I never in a million years thought I would be a white sneaker girl. After wearing my Golden Goose sneakers to death, I completely changed my mind (every time I write something off, I end up liking it lol). And I couldn’t resist these. I pop of tan matches my spring/summer wardrobe so well. They’re also super comfortable, the leather is already broken in and so soft. I will be living in these!
Madewell tote – I had this tote in gray and actually gave it to my aunt last year. Every time I would see her wear it, of course, I regretted giving it to her, lol. So, when I saw they came out with this linen color, I ordered it immediately. For some reason, they don’t make a ton of leather bags in this color, yet it dominates my spring and summer closet when it comes to shoes. The linen color matches so much in my closet, I’m so excited to start wearing it once the weather warms up. In terms of sizing, this is my favorite of all the totes. It fits my frame perfectly, without looking too oversized, but still holds so much. If you’re petite and looking for a good sized tote that doesn’t overwhelm, this is a nice option. Comes in cabernet, saddle, and black as well.
Joie sandals 5 – Can you tell I’m obsessed with natural tan this season? I can’t wait to color coordinate all my outfits (so nerdy, lol). BTW, color coordinating is a great way to take the stress out of getting dressed. Anyway, these slide sandals are super comfortable and versatile. Since they don’t have any ankle straps, they help elongate your legs. They’re such a simple yet chic pair of sandals.
AGOLDE Sophie High Rise Jeans in Starwood 24 – Hands down my favorite jeans right now. The cropped length hits right at my ankle and the distressing lands right on my knee. This never happens with any jeans! They’re also so incredibly soft and flattering. They’re the perfect high-rise without being uncomfortable. They do stretch out with wear, but it makes them that much more comfortable, IMO. If you’re in the market for a pair of skinny jeans, I would highly recommend these!
