Striped Shirt Dress at Barceló Maya Beach

While buying pieces for our honeymoon, I stumbled upon this striped shirt dress from Loft. For a second, I thought it was too good to be true. Anytime there’s a piece on sale that’s still in stock in my size, means either the fit is terrible or it doesn’t look good on. I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. Even though it’s petite I thought it would need some alterations, but the length fit perfect! I love the side slits (makes it easy to walk in), the stripes, and the chambray-like blue color.

Finding a dress you love, that fits you like a glove without any alterations, and is on sale, NEVER happens. So, when it does, you tend to appreciate your purchase that much more. I believe the dress is sold out, but Loft does have the same exact dress in black and white here.
