Although it’s officially fall, I have a feeling the heat in the Bay Area (or all of California for that matter) won’t be letting up anytime soon.  I stopped buying summer stuff a while ago, so I’m literally going through my summer wardrobe over and over again. Take for instance this Lovers + Friends dress. Good thing it’s one of my favorites because I’ve been wearing it to death (sorry, guys). If I can’t officially get into booties, jeans, and cardigans quite yet, you know damn well, I’ll be at least pretending like it’s fall and embracing darker tones. By adding a sweater or jacket to this combination, you can easily get away with wearing this ensemble well into October. Thank gawd for transitional pieces!
