Milton & Goose Play Kitchen & Fridge Review

The Tot Playroom

Once we knew we wanted to turn our guest bedroom into a playroom, my mind started racing with ideas. One of my passions is creating spaces and I love a blank slate. I fell in love with the Milton & Goose kitchen when I started seeing them on Instagram. Not only are they beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, they’re non-toxic and American made (something I’m always looking for, especially when it comes to Harper). I knew I wanted the white and light wood Milton & Goose kitchen and fridge to be the foundation for the space. We reached out to The Tot to see if they would like to team up with us to help create our dream space for Harper and they graciously gifted us both the kitchen and fridge.

The Tot Milton & Goose Play Kitchen

When I polled my readers about birthday gifts for a 1 year old (back in January), the number one response was a play kitchen. I read a ton of articles online about how much toddlers love play kitchens and how much time they spend using them. I did a ton of research and looked at every play kitchen option out there. While Milton & Goose is quite the investment, this is the only brand that makes a non-toxic set. Not only is it safe for Harper, but the quality really is AMAZING. Even Mike commented about the packaging (little to no waste, and no styrofoam). In terms of setup, Mike had to put the legs, faucet, and back splash on, but other than that, that’s it. To unbox and assemble, it took him no more than 15 mintues. You can tell, the attention to detail is there. It really is a work of art. Harper has been busy in her kitchen since we set it up. Her favorite thing right now, opening and closing all the doors. I know she’ll play in this space for years to come.

I also want to talk about The Tot. If you haven’t heard of them, The Tot is a premier destination that offers mindfully curated safe, non-toxic, innovative and stylish products for conscious parents. This website could not be more up my alley. They also feature compelling stories and trusted advice from other mamas. The Tot is such a great resource for parents and it’s been my go-to for Harper’s toys. If you’re looking to decorate your nursery, storage options for the playroom, or looking for something stylish and non-toxic for a baby shower gift, I highly recommend checking the out!
