Nordstrom Sale Boots (You Should Know About)

Every time fall comes around I slip on a pair of tall boots and completely fall back in love with them. Since wearing my brown sutton boots from J.Crew, I’ve been on the hunt for a black version. I’ve even tried the over-the-knee trend, and while I love them on everyone else, they don’t seem to work on my legs (boo). I actually tried on the Louise et Cie boots above and although they’re beautiful with the perfect heel and toe, they’re so incredibly hard to get on and off. LIKE REALLY HARD! Let’s just say I was sweating and needed assistance from Mike in the middle of Nordstrom! I also tried on a pair from Charles by Charles David (at Nordstrom Rack) and I fell in love the second I put them on. They’re incredibly comfortable, and easy to slip on and off, but I didn’t love the scrunch at the ankles. I think my calves are just too short (story of my life).

Since I’ve been searching for the perfect tall black boots, I thought I’d share some of my favorites that are on sale at Nordstrom right now. I know Jean from Extra Petite raved about the BP. Transit boots, so I may have to check those out. Does anyone have any other recommendations?
