Parisian Chic

{Ann Taylor striped tee, Gap DIY jeans (similar), Zara jacket, Chinese Laundry D’Orsay flats, J.Crew leopard tote (similar), Brooklyn Designs Mason necklace c/o}

There’s something about a black and white striped tee that makes me feel very Parisian… very quintessential Paris, don’t you think? Anyway, my d’orsay flats finally arrived and while I love them when I look at them, it’s a different story when I see them on me. Is it me, or do they make my feet look huge (could me a mental thing)? I decided I love the style too much to return them, but they will need some getting used to. And for reference, these do run a bit big, but nothing some inserts won’t help. All in all, they’re comfortable, chic, and at a great price point!

Have you or will you be trying the d’orsay flat this fall?

    It’s so funny… I opened my “french radio” station on Pandora just before sitting down to check out your blog this morning. Meant to be! You know I love a chic Parisian stripe and you look gorgeous (yet again) Crystalin.

    LOOOOVVEE. I would live in this outfit all season! And all year for that matter. Those flats looks super comfy too. D’orsays are so chic, but my heels tend to slip out…. Sometimes I have to put a piece of double sick tape on the back to secure it. Booooo

    Love the idea of dressing like you’re in Paris. I totally agree that stripes in this way give off that Paris style vibe.

    If we would live in the same city I’m pretty sure we would run into each other more than once wearing very similar outfits! Stripes and leopard are my go-to, love the look ;)
