Weekend Recap 08

Well hello there! How was your weekend? Ours was pretty awesome! We had a dry Saturday, so we did everything we’d normally do in a week in one day, lol. We’re super thankful for days like this, though, because this winter has been rough and any day we can get out and explore, we’ll take it.

Friday I held my spring Instagram sale, which is still going on for any of you interested. I’m really trying to clear out space for new stuff, so everything is $50 or under!!! If you ordered anything, we’re headed to USPS today, so you’ll receive your packages very soon. Saturday we stopped by the cherry blossom trees down by the waterfront. I didn’t think they’d be in bloom yet, but they’re definitely out and so were the crowds. We’d normally visit and take photos during the week when there’s no one out, but we were across the street, so we had to get a few snaps in. If you’re ever visiting Portland in the spring, these are a must-see. Cherry blossom trees for days. We did some shopping and capped off the afternoon with  lunch at one of our favorite spots, Bamboo Sushi. Sunday rained all day. We went out for coffee and bagels and then I curled up to my desk and did some editing and online shopping (of course).  Love when I have time to set the tone for the upcoming week on a Sunday. Does anyone else do this?

Speaking of this week, here’s what on deck:

  • Anthropologie petites
  • New amazing sneaker brand
  • Neutral dresses for spring
  • Friday Conversations

After going back and forth on it, I decided to return the Anthro dress. It’s gorgeous, but I didn’t feel like myself in it :(

This looks like a super chill and fun weekend, I can’t wait for our patio to be complete in the backyard so we can start having leisurely mornings on the patio with coffee and music to start our weekends.
