New House: Decor Inspiration

We’re officially moved in! It has been quite the couple of days… moving with a baby and 2 yappy dogs is not recommended, lol. But, we’re in and getting settled. It has been a dream of mine to have a house where the entire interior is painted white and I must say, I’m in LOVE.  I can’t wait to share our design process with you guys. I have nearly all the rooms mapped out already. But, until then, I’m sharing some of my design inspiration.

I’ve never decorated an entire house before, so this process was a little scary at first. I was like, how on earth do you decorate so many rooms and make it all look cohesive. I decided to start private Pinterest boards for each room. Once I started pinning items that I was naturally drawn to, it all kind of came together. While each room has a different vibe (office will be more glam, guest room will be more feminine, etc.), the overall style remains the same – mid-century modern, bright, and clean. I think there will be some unexpected elements you will love. I can’t wait to share more.
