Recent Purchases For The Whole Family

As we inch closer to warmer weather in Oregon, I was inspired to pick up a few new spring pieces for the entire family from Nordstrom. I always talk about how much I love shopping Nordstrom for the whole family because it’s a one-stop-shop. They have so much variety, great price points, and I love discovering new-to-me brands. We’re also in the middle of revamping Mike’s wardrobe (more on that later), so this family haul was perfect timing. Detailing what we ordered below. Enjoy!

Free People Dress xs – I was first drawn to this dress because it’s nursing-friendly! I’m also a sucker for white dresses. This one is super comfortable. A little big, but I think if I wash and dry it, it will be perfect. The arm holes are quite large, so if you don’t love having your bra show, it’s something to consider. Love the breezy cotton material too!

River Island Coverup xs – This coverup is super chic. I love the shape and stiffer gauze material. The dress doesn’t close all the way, so it’s definitely meant to be worn over a bathing suit. A great option if you’re looking to something more elevated by the pool.

Lucky Brand Dress xs – I love an embroidered white dress and this one is not only super cute, but it’s affordable. The length is perfect for petites and the straps are adjustable (yay!). It’s also lined. This is such a great find!

Men’s Chubbies Shorts Large – I really loved the look of these online and they’re exactly as pictured in-person. Love the color, too. Mike typically likes his shorts to be 7.5″ and these are 7″, so a little short for him (he’s 6’3″). But he said he really likes the elastic waist coupled with the button and zipper, and the belt loops. I don’t think most shorts have all 3 features. The elastic makes them super comfortable.

Men’s Converse 12 – I’m super into my converse right now and I know Mike was intersted in trying some out. I ordered both the black and parchment Vintage 70’s style and we both love them. They run TTS.

Topman Shirt Jacket Large – I love this jacket! It drapes really nicely on and can be dressed up or down. Mike has trouble finding anything that works length-wise and this jacket has great length to it.

Tucker & Tate Biker Shorts 4yr – Finding neutral colored biker shorts for Harper was a huge feat last year. Everything was sold out OR came in vibrant patterns, lol. Biker shorts are almost necessary when your child goes to school. I’m so glad I found these – great quality and the perfect length.

Kid’s Converse 7 (size down) – We’ve bought these every spring, except maybe last year. We’re back at. There’s something about white sneakers on kids. I know they’ll get dirty in a second, but they go with all of Harper’s outfits. Website says they run big, so we sized down.

Kids Open Edit Sandals size 8 – Love the neutral color of these.

Nordstrom Grow With Me Onesie 3-6 months – These are super cute! First of all, they’re $9! They’re ribbed and they have multiple buttons, so the onesie can grow with baby. I’ve never seen this before and thought this was genius! The quality is also fantastic, especially for the price.
