Wedding Wednesday: Custom Stationery by Meghann Miniello

When it came to the fashion, I was pretty confident going into the wedding planning process. Flowers, stationery, and little details, however, were a different story. Once we got engaged, I knew having custom stationery would be a game changer. With that being said, I had no clue how to go about finding someone. Luckily, I asked around and my girl Natalie recommended her girlfriend, Meg of Meghann Miniello Design Studio, who also happened to be local (Santa Cruz based).

To kick things off and to help Meg understand what exactly I was looking to have done, I started a Pinterest board and filled it with all things stationery and logos. Here, she was able to get a better understanding of the direction we were looking to go in, our color scheme, and specific examples. We worked hard at perfecting the logo and from there everything fell into place. Meg not only created everything you see above, but she also helped with picking out paper, researching prices, and running to print shops. Talk about life saver!

I can not say enough good things about Meg. Yes, she created beautiful work that exceeded our expectations, but she was also someone I could bounce ideas off of and lean on. That’s the thing about good vendors. They’re the experts, they’ve done this a million times, so they’re able to guide you and help you create the wedding of your dreams. And planning a wedding is overwhelming to say the least, so to have someone who can take a couple things off your plate, is huge.
