Recent Active Wear Finds

Mike and I recently ordered the Peloton and while we wait for it’s arrival (March) we’ve been using their workout app. If you don’t know, Peloton actually has all kinds of workouts in the app, not just for the bike. I’m actually very impressed. I love that their trainers are working out with you and they play great music, which helps pump you up. If you have the Peloton, I would highly recommend checking out the workouts in the app. My excitement for our new bike coupled with the hope spring weather is around the corner, has me picking up a few new activewear pieces. I recently found SO MANY great things at Nordstrom and I’m excited to share them with you.

6 Staple Shoes To Have In Your Closet

Many of you requested “best of” types of posts, so I thought it would be helpful to break down some of my staple shoes in my closet. These are shoes that I’ve either had for years and still reach for or shoes I know will become regulars for years to come. Over the years I’ve really pared down my shoes and try to only invest in shoes I know I will wear. A couple years ago I noticed myself buying anything and everything that caught my eye and I was stuck with a closet full of shoes I never wore. Today’s post is dedicated to the staples, shoes I love and wear and shoes I would recommend to anyone.

Staying Warm Outdoors This Winter With Backcountry

One of the biggest things you’ll notice about living in Oregon, people do not stop what they’re doing because it’s cold outside. If they did, you wouldn’t see anyone outdoors for 9 months of the year. After living here for a few years and finally figuring out we needed a whole different wardrobe for the cold, we started to get out more and really enjoy all the seasons Oregon has to offer. Thankfully, there’s websites like Backcountry where you can find all your cold weather needs. I’m so excited I found them because now I can do all my outdoor wear shopping in one place!
